Return and Refund Policy

Returns within 30 days

For orders delivered in Sweden, you can request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving the item. We handle both returns of defect-free items and claims for defective items.

Condition of the item

For our voluntary 30-day return policy, a defect-free item must be new, unused, and complete with accessories. Use the original packaging if possible. This does not limit your statutory right to cancel: within the first 14 days, you can examine the item as needed to determine its properties and functionality. Handling beyond this may result in a deduction for depreciation according to law.

How to make a return

Email info@projektorland.com with your order number and which items you want to return. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Returns are sent by post. Do not send the item to the registered business address without first receiving return instructions. Under statutory right to cancel, return the item within 14 days of your message.

Return shipping and fees

When returning a defect-free item, you pay the actual return shipping and arrange the return label. No restocking fee is charged. For an accepted claim for a defective or wrongly delivered item, we cover the necessary return shipping; contact us for instructions.

Refund

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving and checking the return. Bank processing time may apply. Under statutory right to cancel, refunds are made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your message; we may await the item or proof that it has been returned. Your statutory rights always apply.

No direct exchanges

Direct exchanges are not offered. Return according to the terms and make a new purchase if you want to buy a different item. This does not affect your right to assistance or re-delivery in a claim.

Defective or damaged item

Contact us with your order number and a description of the defect. Attach images if they help us assess the matter. The voluntary return deadline does not limit your right to claim a defective item.
