Projektorland is operated by Ecom Empire OÜ, registration number 16494984, Liimi tn 1b, Kristiine linnaosa, Tallinn, Harju maakond, 10621, Estonia. These terms apply to purchases made in the Projektorland online store.

2. Products and Prices

Product specifications are described on the respective product pages. Images may be affected by screen settings and display environment. The total amount shown before completing the order is the applicable amount.

3. Order and Payment

An order becomes binding upon acceptance and confirmation. Available payment methods are displayed in the checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example, in the case of obvious price errors, suspected fraud, or if the item can no longer be delivered.

4. Delivery

Standard delivery is free. The estimated total delivery time is 6–9 working days. Full terms are available in our delivery policy.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns can be requested within 30 days according to our return and refund policy. The customer is responsible for return shipping for undamaged items. For accepted claims, we cover necessary return shipping. No restocking fee is charged, and direct exchanges are not offered.

6. Defective Product

For defective or wrongly delivered products, consumer rights apply. Contact us with the order number and appropriate evidence so that we can investigate the matter.

7. Responsible Use

Follow the product description and all safety and usage instructions. Ensure that ventilation is free and avoid looking directly into the projector's light source.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The store's content and trademarks may not be copied or used commercially without written permission, except as required by law.

9. Applicable Law

Compulsory consumer protection in the customer's country of residence is not affected by these terms. Disputes should first be attempted to resolve through contact with customer service.
